As a Registered Dietitian who spent nearly 16 years in the clinical field before becoming a full-time faculty member in Nutrition & Dietetics at ICC, I love that I am able to bring real-world, clinical scenarios to my students in the classroom. For students, realistic applications are always the best way to positively impact and supplement the book learning that happens in a college classroom!
