Smart Start College Success Program
Created for high school seniors, this 3-week camp includes a variety of activities to help students develop the range of skills they need to become successful college students.
Illinois Central College will be offering two 3-week Smart Start College Success camps during Summer 2022 for High School Seniors.
The camps will cover three key academic areas in which students can practice math, English, and college success strategies in a real college atmosphere. Each session includes a variety of activities to help students develop the range of skills they need to become successful college students. These activities will help students build academic skills and social connections, develop their awareness and understanding of a variety of campus resources, and encourage them to develop a strong support system that includes fellow students and college personnel.
Sessions
June Session: June 13 through July 1, 2022 (morning or afternoon)
July Session: July 11 through July 29, 2022 (morning or afternoon)

Registration
Registration for Smart Start opens January 18, 2022 and ends June 1, 2022. Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Payment is not necessary at time of registration. You will receive a payment notification email after registration. Payment due date is June 1, 2022. Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
