Diversity

Inclusion. Equity. Broad-minded thinking. Global understanding.

With each degree or certificate conferred, ICC is creating a small ripple of change for the better in our world.

We’re proud of our awards, grants and collaborations. But we still have a long way to go to eliminate every barrier to success – and that means we’ll never stop working to make our campus safe and inspiring for students, faculty and staff.

Workforce Equity Initiative (WEI)

The WEI program develops our regional workforce by providing participants with a credential and a living wage. It addresses high-demand careers and serves low-income individuals, those living in high crime and high poverty areas, unemployed individuals, and minorities.
