If you’re a graduate of a city of Peoria high school – public or private – you might be eligible for 50-100% tuition reimbursement through Peoria Promise.

Check out the Peoria Promise website and submit your online application between February 1 and May 1.

Check Your Eligibility

Many scholarships require students to apply for federal aid, so you’ll need to complete your FAFSA before submitting your ICC scholarship application. If you don’t qualify for federal aid, you can still qualify for many Foundation scholarships.

If you’re receiving other financial aid for the academic year, your scholarship award may be reduced to remain in compliance with federal regulations.

  • Foundation scholarships are for use only at ICC — a few exceptions are made for transfer scholarships.
  • Your scholarship money will be divided equally between fall and spring semesters to fund direct college costs. This covers tuition, books and supplies, and academic-related expenses — with priority in that order and subject to each scholarship’s allowances.
  • If you need to use your scholarship funds to purchase books, visit the Scholarship Adviser in the Financial Assistance office to establish bookstore credit.
  • The specific amount of your scholarship award may vary depending upon available funds, and it may be adjusted based on your hours of enrollment at the time your student account is credited.
  • Your ICC Foundation scholarship connects with your student account to keep you from being dropped from classes. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.
